Eligibility Criteria:
1. B.E/ B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, MCA, MBA (any discipline) 2016 pass outs.
2. Students who possess 50% aggregate in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG only need to apply.
Skills Required - BDE:
1. Strong Communication skills – oral & written.
2. Sound presentation skills, Energetic and passion for sales.
3. Ability to learn quickly, team players and self driven.
4. Good analytical thinking and solution oriented.
5. Willing to travel to meet customers, leads etc.).
Skills Required - HR Assessments:
1. Developing assessments for both Corporate Clients and Educational institutions.
2. Engage with clients for all assessment related queries.
3. Interest in research and development of assessments.
4. Helping corporate in meeting their requirements for E-Hiring.
5. Creation of quality content for various assessment products.
6. HR functions mainly focused on recruitments to work with senior HR Executives.
